John Prosser grew up in Glendale and has been an active member of Glendale Presbyterian Church for 36 years, where he has served as an Elder, Treasurer, chairperson of various Session commissions and committees and is currently the chairperson of the Endowment committee.
Married to Kathy for 36+ years, they have three daughters (one of whom is deceased), a son and three grandchildren. He and Kathy were foster parents for about twenty years, caring for 34 babies, one of which they adopted.
John began his professional life in public accounting and is currently the Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration, for Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., a global technical professional services firm headquartered in Pasadena, where he has worked for 31 years.

Bruce has been a resident of Glendale, CA for 35 years. Prior to retirement, Bruce served as CFO for two public companies. He has three grown children and remains active with a number of non profit organizations including First United Methodist Church of Glendale, Salvation Army, Plaza Community Center, Glendale Community Foundation and the Kiwanis Club of Glendale.

Mark divides his time between serving as Executive Director of Kay Family Foundation, a leading private foundation in Orange County, CA (www.kayff.org), and managing an independent, conflict-free philanthropic advisory firm, Next Generation Strategies, LLC (www.NGS-LLC.com).
He works closely with wealth holders to clarify their giving decisions in light of their core principals, values, and goals. The process enables them to realize greater meaning and satisfaction in their philanthropy, achieve greater impact, and if they desire, benefit their family through unified giving.
Mark has served in many non-profit leadership capacities over the past two decades. Currently, he is a founding organizer and member of the Orange County Chapter of Advisors in Philanthropy and is Chairman of its Education Committee. He is also a member of the Orange County Community Foundation’s Veterans Services Initiative, which focuses on finding jobs for post-9/11 vets in OC.
Mark received his BA from Stanford University, and MBA from Yale University. From 1986 to 2008 he held executive positions primarily in privately held firms—including president of a family business that strategically empowered US companies, including AT&T, Motorola, Westinghouse, and United Technologies, to expand business in emerging market economies. For 4 years he lead the government business development initiatives of a Fortune 500 corporation.
